Driving directions from the intersection of I-70 & I-470/Mo-291, from I-70 take Lees Summit Exit #15A to I-470/MO-291 drive south for 4.2 miles, take Woods Chapel Road Exit #12, turn left, go (east) .1 mile to church and cemetery on left side of road.

This is a church cemetery, however they no longer conduct services at the church. The cemetery is a very old and in poor condition. It has a lot of broken gravestones that are either on the ground or leaning against trees. It looks like the cemetery has been vandalized since we last visited. There are 104 known graves. The oldest burial is dated 1835 and the latest is 1993.
