Leave Lucedale , Mississippi heading East on highway 198, you will go about 3.7 miles, where you will come to the intersection of the 198 east and highway 98 by-pass. Here you will go strait across the 98 by-pass, you will now be on Rocky Creek Road heading north. Stay on Rocky Creek road for 2.8 miles. There will be an intersection with Henry Eubanks Road on your right. Take this right hand turn and now go .8 tenths of a mile, there on your right you will see a metal fence gate and behind it will be a small chain link fenced in area.

The Slay cemetery is owned by members of the Slay Family and upkeep is done by them.

I walked the cemetery on Dec 22, 2007, and information was taken from all legible temporary grave markers and headstone inscriptions.
