To reach the Lewis Cemetery driving north on Highway 63, turn right or east onto Dickerson Saw Mill Road and continue for about a mile. The cemetery will be on your right, or south side of the road. This cemetery is north of Lucedale, in southeast Greene county.

The Lewis cemetery was established as a family cemetery, however through the years several others in the community have also been buried here. At this time it is maintained by Marlow Lewis a great great grandson of the founder of the cemetery.

The cemetery is located in a small wooded area and is surrounded by a chain link fence with a large gate that has the name Lewis above it. It is in very good condition.

All visible graves were recorded using tombstone inscriptions on Feb 14, 2007, when I walked this cemetery.
