Take Hwy 49 from Richfield, Stanly County to Tucker Town, Davidson County. Hwy 49 will merge with Hwy 8. At the first four way intersection take a left on to Hwy 8 driving north for 2-3 miles. Take a right onto Loflin road, SR 2532, and continue about 1 1/2 miles. Pleasant Grove Methodist Church will be on your right and the Cemetery will be 100 yards south of the church.

This cemetery is the old cemetery for the Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church which is situated very near the cemetery. The cemetery is well maintained and used as recent as 2002, although not used often. It dates back to 1842 with the first burial listed being that of Francis Surratt.

These records were complied by walking the cemetery and recording all tombrocks in the summer of 2003.
