Lat: 35° 39' 10"N, Lon: 78° 39' 35"W
From Raleigh, take 401 South about 8 miles to 1010 Rd. and turn left, (east). Stay on 1010 until you cross Old Stage Road, continue east on 1010 a short distance and the large white church will be on your left at the intersection of 1010 and Holland Rd.

The church has been in existence since 1812 and was founded by William Holland, born in Chester, England in 1750, an English school master who is buried in the cemetery.
A little way from the church is the site of the original country school which no longer exists. Like every place in Wake County the church has had enormous growth and has added to the simple clapboard original church. The congregation has quadrupled in recent years.
As we recorded the tombstones a member of the church, Ronnie Burnette, stopped to talk and told us the land where the church and cemetery stand had been part of his family's farm and the property across the road was still held by the Burnettes.
