From Hwy. 401 (Fayetteville Rd.) turn east on Ten-Ten Rd. (SR. 1010) and go 3.9 miles to the intersection with Sauls Rd. (SR 2727). Turn south on Sauls Rd. and go .7 mile.

The Juniper Level Church, which was founded about 1870, will be on your right. Directly across the road is the Rosenwald school. Behind the school in the side yard is the cemetery, which contains 1.73 acres.

Church and cemetery, which are African American, are situated on 2.6 acres, the cemetery has two sections, one which is behind the church. There are many unmarked graves and the cemetery is being encroached by woods. A number of tombstones are in the woods and some are broken or sinking into the ground.

Where there is a funeral home marker and no tombstone I have listed the name of the funeral home.
