From the intersection of Old Hwy. 55 (N. Main St.) and Holly Springs Rd., (SR 1152) in Holly Springs, take Holly Springs Rd. east 6/10 mi. to Bass Lake Rd., (SR 1393) and turn onto Bass Lake Rd (southeast) and go 3/10 mi. to Prince Funeral Home on the left.

This is a nice clean cemetery located on the property of Prince Funeral Home. There are a few headstones but mostly funeral home markers. The cemetery, which is about 4 acres, is owned and maintained by Mr. Merlin Prince. There is room for more burials and ample parking. This cemetery does not appear on any maps.
