Prospect Hill Cemetery was established by the First Presbyterian Church of Caldwell in 1866 after available space at "The Old Burying Ground" began running out. Today, the cemetery is open to everyone of all denominations, however members of the church get a discount on space.

Records listed below were transcribed by David Podmajersky from tombstone inscriptions, and originally published on, "Distant Cousin" a website that went offline around 2016. We were able to salvage this transcription before it became permanently lost. Many of the tombstones were no longer readable by the time he had photographed them.

Note: This is only a partial recording of interments as David was never able to visit every gravesite.
