Directions from Phillipsburg NJ: Take US route 22 East towards Clinton. At the County Route 519 (East end of Phillipsburg Mall) turn left onto 519 (north) Cemetery entrance is on right about 1/4 to 1/2 mile.
The cemetery is owned and maintained by the Saint Phillip & James Church, US Route 22 west Greenwich Twsp, NJ. I have no idea how old it is, but it is neat & well kept.
This cemetery also has been transcribed from tombstones in the summer of 2004 or 2005 by the Delaware Lehigh Valley Genealogy Club PO Box 221, Easton, PA 18044
I walked and read this cemetery in Apr of 2009. It includes all existing and legible stones and markers up to that date.
