Pine Valley cemetery is on a small ridge, on the west side of state route 278, 20.6 miles south of the West Carlin exit (# 279) on Interstate 80. The cemetery is on private property and permission to enter is required.

The cemetery is in poor to fair condition and is apparently still in use. There may be some unmarked graves in this cemetery.
