The name of this cemetery was changed from Holy Sepulchre to Sacred Heart some time ago. At some point in time it was referred to also as the German Catholic Cemetery.

Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Parish, 336 N. 4th St., Allentown, takes care of the cemetery. 610-434-5171 or 5172 ext. 15

This cemetery lies beside a cluster of other cemeteries. The old address for this cemetery was 1220 Catasauqua Ave, which was assigned over 70 years ago, when the area was a part of the City of Allentown known as Allentown Heights. Catasauqua Ave. is the road in back of the cemetery, with 1 or 2 rear entrances. The addresses were renumbered when Whitehall acquired the land.
