From Claysville: From the National Road (US40), take PA-231 S for about 6 miles; take left on to Rocky Run Rd/State Route 3035 for 1.8 mi, continue onto Mt Zion Rd/State Route 3022 for 371 ft, Carroll Cemetery is on the left.

The cemetery is located next to what was once the home of Robert Carroll and began as a family cemetery.

The DAR described the cemetery as very, very, badly overgrown with elder bushes and briars. Many stones are unreadable. The cemetery lies on a hillside and is fenced with two large pine trees on the lot.

This data was collected by the DAR and found in the genealogy section of the Washington PA library. The data is from 1939 but the burial records are believed to be complete.
