From Highway 84 take LCR 120 for about 1 mile, turn right on LCR 124, then turn left back onto LCR 120, go about 3.7 miles, turn left on LCR 108 for .4 mile. The cemetery is on the right next to the Billington Church of Christ.

Tennessee native E. J. Billington settled in this area with his family in 1854. In 1890 he sold one half acre to John Ellison and Gus Haney for a church and cemetery.

The first recorded burial was John Sanders in 1890. In 1900 additional land was purchased from the Billington estate to expand the cemetery. The Billington Cemetery continues to serve the area.
