From the intersection of Rtes 20 and 611 in northeast Orange County, go north on Rte. 611 (Zoar Road) for 1/10th of a mile. Turn right onto Governor Almond Road and continue for 2.8 miles. The church and cemetery are on your left.

This is a small active cemetery in good condition on about half an acre of open field next to the church. It is mown, clean and free of debris.

The cemetery is owned and maintained by the Mount Zion Baptist Church, which is about 150 years old. A sign out front says "Incorporated 2002".

I walked the grounds and transcribed all gravestones and markers on Jun 30, 2012. This is a complete listing of all visible and marked gravesites as of the day of my visit.
