The Waverly cemetery is on a ridge overlooking the town of Waverly. It lies just south of town in the northwest quarter of Sect. 3, Twp 21N, Range 44E. A plat of the cemetery was recorded in Spokane County records on Oct 1, 1906.

This cemetery is maintained by the Waverly Cemetery District #6, supervised by commissioners.

This cemetery was walked and read by Bud and Virginia Engelhardt in July of 1998. This cemetery was reviewed, updated in Jul 2001. Several errors were found and corrected.
