Directions: At the Sod WV Post Office take Garrett's Bend Road to the 4-way stop sign allowing a right turn to Fall's Creek Road. Do not make this turn, instead go straight. Hayzlett is the very first dirt road on the right after the 4-way intersection. The main gate unlocks easily.

Washington Hayzlett dedicated this cemetery to the community about the year of 1850. It has continued to be active since that time.
