Cemetery is located 1 mile south of Pa./WV. Border. It is on U.S. 119/3, left or west side of road, up a small rise.
It is situated south of the community of Hoard, and on the east side of the Monongalia River, in the Union District.
The cemetery is no longer looked after and it is very overgrow, appearing to be abandoned. The headstones are mostly in good condition, because they are shaded by the trees.
I first walked and read the cemetery and then compared my work with a previous transcription done for the County in the 1930s.
I visited this cemetery and transcribed it in Aug 2003 & Apr 2004.
