To reach the Wolfe Cemetery, take I-68 east to exit 10, Fairchance Road, and turn left onto Rte 857N, and travel for 5.5 miles till you see the Cheat Lake United Methodist Church. The Wolfe Cemetery is located across street (left side of road) on the corner of Sirockman Drive and Rte 857N.

It is adjacent to the Blaney Family Cemetery. The Cemetery is located 3 miles south of the PA/WV state line.

I transcribed this cemetery in Aug 2003 & Apr 2004. The information was compiled by tombstone inscriptions and double checking a previous transcription done for the County in the 1930s.

What makes us Different?

Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
