Take Rt. 21 south out of Mineral Wells for about 3 � miles to Stephens Fork Road. Take Stephens Fork about � miles. The sign for the cemetery is on the right side of the road. There is a short gravel driveway; the cemetery is at the top of the hill.
This cemetery is very old, and has not been used often in the last few years. There are several unmarked graves, and some stones are no longer legible due to wear.
Members of the Stephens family in the area keep the cemetery maintained. The Stephens family had once owned the property, but it has changed hands.
