The third design uses the table format, which I had been inspired after seeing the old design of AltaVista. The advantage of this design is that it allows you to pack more links into a smaller and yet organized space. The disadvantage is that the link descriptions are not very descriptive. This was still designed using Frontpage, but without using a theme.
