Exit 101 on Citrus Fair Drive. Turn east and go to Asti Road. Turn left on Asti Road and drive to the dead end. This will be First St. Turn right on First street and drive to Crocker Road. (Just before the bridge on the left). Turn left there and you will see the cemetery on your right.

I do not know the history of or who owns this cemetery. The condition of the cemetery is poor. Many tombstones are knocked over and broken. Tree limbs are down and grass and weed are overtaking the grounds.

There is no street address for this cemetery, it is a rural cemetery on the north end of town. To get a key to gain access to the cemetery go to the Police Department at 112 Broad St. For additional information one may contact the Historical Society at 215 N. Cloverdale Blvd. Cloverdale, CA 95425 (707) 894-2067.

I used a DAR transcription to begin this work then walked the cemetery making additions and changes based on the information found on the readable tombstones. I have marked every record of a readable tombstone with a source (Src) mark of T. A source mark of C indicated information found on a page of the cemetery records I obtained from the Mendocino County Historical Society.

A walk through inventory was done between 7/3 - 7/20/2003.

    What makes us Different?

    Single-sourced, not crowd-sourced

Each transcription we publish comes from a single-source, be it the cemetery office, government office, church office, archived document, a tombstone transcriber. Other websites already do an excellent job of crowd-sourcing a single cemetery together. But genealogists also need to see the original records from a single source. That's what we offer.
