Ridge Cemetery is located on Pratt Lake Rd. in Gladwin County, Michigan. It is located approximately four miles north of M-61, and one mile east of M-18. It is directly across the street from Sacred Heart Cemetery on the north side of Pratt Rd.
This cemetery ranges from very well kept graves, to overgrown markers that are nearly impossible to read. There are many mature trees that have disrupted some of the markers, and this cemetery still has an old outhouse on the north side. There is room for future burials, and the east side of the cemetery is where most are being done. This side is quite a contrast from the overgrown western side, and makes one wonder how many years it will take for the east to match the west.
There are at least 20, and possibly more, unmarked graves and unreadable stones. It is a complete listing of all other known burials, which Timothy Kemp and I did from tombstone inscriptions by Victoria Warren during the month of October, 2004
