The cemetery is located on Aurelius Road about a block north of Cedar Street in Holt, Michigan.

The burial grounds have been in existence since 1853 and covers 1.1 acres. It has been declared an Ingham County historical site and is in the Michigan State Register of Historic Sites. This inactive cemetery belongs to Delhi Township.

All of the Pioneer Cemetery records were burned at some point in time. As a result, this list has been created by a genealogy organization walking the cemetery and recording grave information and presenting this list to the Township board. There are still unmarked and unrecorded graves.

I created this transcription from those records, which I was able to obtain from the Delhi Township Clerk's office in Nov 2003.
